Do you wash your hands properly?
Ok, we’ve talk about the importance of handwashing before. We already knew that hand washing is the simplest and cheapest way to avoid us from being infested by various germs. Now I’ll show you the technique of handwashing that will ensure you to get the maximum result of washing your hands. Take a look at the picture below.
I guess the picture is quite simple and easy to understand. All I have to do now is just underline step number 3 and number 6.
Good hand washing must include washing all parts of your hands. Not merely rubbing the soap to your palm and back of your hands but also the area between your finger and under the fingernail. These are two hidden area that often forget by us. Then, after drying your hands with either hand towel or drying machine use the towel or clean tissue to turn off the taps. Don’t touch the tap directly with your clean hands, remember just a minute before you’ve just touch it by your dirty hands.
So be healthy, wash your hands regularly and properly.

It is a good reminder to everyone to wash their hands. It was found that 3 in 10
people in certain country did not wash their hands daily.

i always wash my hands whenever i arrived in my house! but i never thought that hand washing could be so complicated.. T_T
